Lume Lighting is the work of Joanna Corney, a designer maker who has run her homeware business for several years now. Lume was born through Joanna’s passion for creating bespoke handmade lighting. All of Lume’s lights are carefully handmade in their studio in Hove and they are able to make a variety of styles, including traditional soft shades, contemporary drum and tapered lampshades.
Sarah Lock creates decorative wooden lighting. Turned from oak, lime, cherry and walnut they range from very colourful and stripy, to elegantly minimal. They have an arts and crafts aesthetic and are unique, well made items that enhance homes and spaces. She also makes a range of lamp shades with linen, vintage silks, that compliment the lights. Sarah also creates very popular, colourful wooden baubles as decorations.
Snowden Flood is an artist & designer maker with a love of colour, pattern & a beautifully made object. She reckons having her own shop inspires her to create lots of different things – from ceramics to lampshades & from napkins to soaps or cushions – she doesn’t like to be constrained. Her aim isn’t lofty, it is simply to make beautiful things that people will enjoy having in their homes, or to give to friends and loved ones.
Wilful Ink is a one woman band who creates luxurious and intriguing homewares from her original artwork. Inspired by nature but with a touch of otherworldly glamour added in the colours and patterns. All artwork is drawn in pen, ink and watercolour. Every product is made in the UK to the highest standards.
