These four textile makers are your go-to designers for fashion accessories at Made London Marylebone - The Design & Craft Fair.
From textile taxidermy, to entomological millinery, Bridget Bailey artworks explore the natural world, combining intriguing ideas and observations with her very particular making skills.
Trained in textiles at Farnham, and with a background in millinery, Bridget now works as an artist, making one-off pieces for exhibitions and as commissions.
By Cecil designs modern woven textiles using traditional hand loomed techniques. The work is influenced by the colours and textures found in everyday life. The current collection is inspired by the patterns and subtle layers of colour from the rugged British coastline.
Charlotte Grierson is a designer and hand weaver. Her collection of scarves, for both men and women are woven in silk or in combination with other natural material such as merino and linen. She works with these materials, colour and the structure of the weave to create scarves that are elegant, timeless and beautifully soft to wear.
Distinctive, colourful, knitted fashion accessories and gifts for men and women by knitwear designer, Layla Chelache @chelacheknitwear. Unique textile designs, inspired by art and created in London, using the finest yarns.
