With over 120 exhibitors showcasing their work at Made London Marylebone this October 18th-21st , you can find unique products from 12 different craftsmanships.
So who's in?! The first 3 makers we are presenting are from the 'TEXTILES , FASHION, MILLINERY & WEAVERS' category of exhibitors.
Alan Oliver is a textile artist specialising in the production of handwoven rugs. A large part of his practice is spent hand-dyeing the yarns he uses, in order to achieve the exact colours and gradients needed for each piece.
Alison Dupernex mixes cashmere, linen, cotton and silk in an alchemy of colour and texture to provide a unique experience in every piece. Her inspirations and motivations derive from the colours and textures she sees around her in nature. Shades penetrate other shades to varying degrees and the changing conditions of light when the clothes are worn also greatly affect the way in which the colours are perceived by the viewer.
Anna Champeney is a British textile weaver and designer based in North Spain, specialising in luxury quality contemporary throws, scarves and throws in pure merino, lambswool and cashmere. Her studio creates one-off and limited-edition designs with hand-extracted natural dyes.
